Covenantal Agreement
We are happy to extend a rebate for groups of 3 or more educators from the same school who enter into a covenantal agreement with us. A covenant partnership would allow schools consecutive access to our Residency week, so we can continue to promote deeper learning training for the school’s educators. Fees
SCSBC Member: $900 + GST before May 31, 2024. After May 31, fee increases to non-member rate ($950)
Non-member registration: $1000 + GST
$850 per registrant for groups of 3 or more educators from the same school. Contact us for more info.
Fees include small coach-to-participant ratio, extensive training Monday to Friday, all breakfasts and lunches, a welcoming dinner and a field trip excursion.
On-Campus Accommodations
$200 for double occupancy, five nights / $250 for single occupancy, five nights. This accommodation includes all meals.
Check-in: Sunday evening, August 19, 6:00–8:00 p.m. or Monday morning, August 22, 8:00–9:00 a.m.
Check-out is prior to the start of sessions on Friday, August 23.
Cancellation Policy
The registration deadline for the 2023 Residency is June 30, 2023. Please send any requests for changes or cancellations to residency@scsbc.ca. Full refunds (less a $50 administration fee) are available prior to June 30, 2023. Any refund requests after the registration deadline will result in a 50% refund (less a $50 registration fee) because after this date staff and logistics have been confirmed for the event.
