DRIVING QUESTION:

How can I be a good friend and inspire others?

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

In this unit students will be introduced to two puppets. The two puppets are having difficulty making friends/being friends. The students will help teach the puppets how to be friends. Throughout the unit students will collaborate with one another to decide how best to show their learning. The students will be told that the principal has heard about what they have been learning and wants them to create a video for the elementary students. The video will be shown at a chapel.

CONNECTIONS AND PERSPECTIVES:

This project encourages students to think of others and learn to be friends. Students also have an opportunity to serve the school by creating a video to teach and remind students how to be a good friend.
